Exams this week so I'm staying up later studying and not getting up in the morning which means shorter lunchtime workouts.
Another lunchtime run. I can only get 20 minutes in. May take the dogs for a longer walk after class tonight, but want to get this in before i forget.

Out of exercising regime - hope to get some today. So much cleaning, decorating and painting in the house. Contrators in and out of the house. Knocking here and there. Rewiring. So exhausting. My rest will only come in March.

Hello, I am glad to have found this group again. I had an old account (DesertSunsetSky or something like that) that I deleted, but now I am back.
Sunday- 6 miles
Monday- 4 miles
Tuesday- 4 miles.
Wednesday- 4 miles

Friday- 4 miles
I think it will probably be 4 miles tomorrow too. Hopefully anyway if I don't go lazy.
Total so far 26. Adding it up makes me feel a little bit more accomplished.
Wooo got my 4 miles in today for a total of 30! It was mainly just walking my dog a lot. I am giving him some good exercise finally, he needs to lose quite a few pounds himself.
I am not sure if I will be able to do it again next week, but we will see. Sorry my post is late, I am not sure if it will count.
