    .8 lbs for me...with 2 days of drinking and going way over my calorie goal I'll take ANY weight loss! Next weeks weigh in will hopefully be the 2lbs im looking for.

    Hey you had a crazy awesome weekend and STILL lost nearly a pound so I'd say you already stepped up plenty.

    If it's not too late, I would like to get in on the challenge. I weigh on Mondays. I want to aim for 2lbs a week but last Monday only got like 1.4.

    [no thanks... but great luck to y'all. I'm reaching the point where I'm not determined to lose .... if I do that'll be great.. but I'm gonna go for a while eating my calories as if I were wanting to lose a pound a week... and really try to add exercise... and see what happens]

    Definitely count me in (I know late start). My first goal is to get to 299, almost there so the motivation and chance to support others is a real plus!

    And we got the extra day due to leap year >;0)

    1.3kg this week. These numbers are a total shock to me. This eating more thing must work. The whole of Jan except for the 1st week, i have been averaging 0.7kg weightloss a week. A week after i increased my calorie intake, my weightloss has doubled. Mhhh! *im not complaining*

    Little late, but count me in. I'm set for 2lbs/wk so we'll see what happens. I"ll be happy with any loss at this point! :) I weigh-in on Sun AMs :)

    woah MD - that's awesome! and I personally take the stance that whatever your lowest weight is your "true" weight, everything else is water, food that hasn't left your digestion, whatever. so yeah! 3.8lbs!

    I'm not even getting on the scale this week, I went from 163.6 on Sat to 165.6 on Monday so that is just ARRRGH water weight and I don't even want to see those numbers anymore.
