Here is the challenge for week 7 ~ Track how much fiber you are getting in each day.
According to the American Heart Health group, a person should aim for 40 grams of fiber a day for good heart health.
So 40 grams of fiber a day is the goal for this week.
Get your fiber in any way you can....Eat high fiber foods ~ or ~ add Benefiber to drinks and foods [Follow Directions].
The person with the highest fiber count at the end of week 7 gets the honor of being crowned WINNER, and gets to post the next challenge.
