Hey everyone. I think many of us are apart of the Facebook challenge group, but if not, just passing the word along that there will also be a MARCH challenge.....to keep the workouts going. The date is not set in stone yet, but it seems like March 5th will be the day. Chris is urging the members to take a week and just do light workouts for a recovery.

I am for sure in this time....I have been fully cleared from my injury to resume normal workouts. I will keep everyone updated from what I read and I'm excited to join in on the painfully awesome fun in a couple weeks!!!!!

Who else is going to continue in March?????

    I'm in! I haven't felt this good in a long time about a workout program. I hear the 2nd time doing the challenge you can really see results! Can't wait!
