Week six weigh-in 2/15 - maintained
Total loss 9.4
I can't believe I neither lost nor gained...I guess no loss is better than a gain, but I am a little frustrated. I worked out 5 days last week, so I expected to see a bit of a jump in my weight loss, but instead I got a big zero...0 -

4th week: (03FEB12): 143.0 (+.6) but not too bad considering womens TOM

6th week (16FEB12): 142.8 (+0.8) Ate bacl ALL Weekly ALlowance and ALL Weekly Activity Points, just doesn't work for me! Back to plan from week 1, only eat back activity points if I earn them and leave at least half allowance points. Plus I need to get back up to higher activity points! Aah new week like Rafiki from Lion King "It is in the past, it does not matter!" Fresh start!

8th week: 01MAR12): 142.6 (-1.0) Down again, took a week off from working out and just went back to basics focusing on food consumption. I think I may have been over calculating work out activity points causing me to eat more AND working out causes me to be hungrier sooo this week I am just going to re-focus on just eat Weekly points allownace if I need them0 -
I've been on WW for about 4 weeks now. Had a great first week but then kinda got away from the program while we had construction going on at our house. Excuses, excuses, right?
Anyway, back on plan again and lost 5 pounds this week!

I've been using WW since early December and on MFP for about 3 weeks. Today I'm up half a pound.
Brief weight loss history:
6/25/11 150 lbs
Began working to lose weight/exercise/eat healthier. Lost 10 lbs over the summer. Weight started to creep back up in the fall. Joined WW.
Currently: 135 lbs
Goal: 120-125 lbs

I am actually up 1.4 this weeks, so I'm going to focus more on points AND THEN calories, instead of calories then points. It works better that way for me (I think).

Well, today was my week 2 weigh-in and I gained a pound but I refuse to be upset by this.
I know I ate healthier and I know I worked out.
My mistake was in eating all my weekly points and most of my exercise points.
This week I go back to eating half of my weekly points and only a few exercise ones depending on how many I earn and how hungry I am.
