Sunday mornings are always my homemade low-fat oatmeal pancakes with cinnamon. They are 80 calories per pancake and I have two with a bit of butter and 1 T of syrup. Yum!

I normally have a meal bar (@180cals). I don't have time for a breakfast and with food allergies, it takes time to make something I can eat. Weekends I do have a good breakfast.

I usually saute up some fresh spinach, scallions and a bit of grilled protein from leftovers and throw an egg and hot sauce in it.

    This morning's brekkie was:

One egg cooked omelet style with cooking spray, a sliver of gouda cheese (about 1/3 of an oz), 1 slice of bacon, split in half on an English muffin. 260 calorie scaled down version of an Egg McMuffin. Yum!

1 full egg and 3 egg whites - scrambled and topped with salsa, and one slice of plain toasted Nickel bread. Eat it every day for breakfast. That's the one meal of my day that I never have to think about, wish they were all that easy
