yay! no processed foods was mine haha. I wanted a good food challenge in there. it'll be hard for me, too.
for the sport - I'm going to say inline skating is a 'sport' and do that. it didn't say team sport.0 -
Hey guys !
Cant wait to start doing our challenges mega excited will keep me focused, nothing i am dreading really going to try and embrace everything0 -
I think the hardest for me is going to be the hour of strength training. But I am going to try to do 15min a day to build up to it.0

I am excited to start also. But I definately agree about the strength training.0 -
The hardest for me is the royal burpees!! I'm going to have to start practicing those. lol And the no processed foods is going to be difficult!! Also, added daily challenge: drink your 8 cups of water!0
-
I dread the burpees!! have tried doing them before and failed miserably. I would try practicing them too. and also the pushups. I can do a knee support one alright, but gets my knees shaking on the thought of a full one:embarassed:0

Don't forget the point is to challenge, not kill your spunk or love, so if something is just too hard or not right for your body, feel free to alter it:)
I'm actually really excited for no process food--but the all those strength training days are going to be killer. I don't think I've ever spent more than ten minutes strength training:p0 -

I agree with you on this! If something is just too hard for you then alter it a little so it works for you!! I am excited to start the challenge!! My favorite has to be Zumba I already do this a couple times a week so this day will be a breeze. Now the Burpee's I am a little worried about!! What a name for an exercise0 -
Bring on the jumping jacks! One of the things I am actually pretty good at, lol!0
-
Remember, this doesn't have to be the only exercise that you do for that day! It's just suggestions to change things up a bit so maybe you'll enjoy exercising. I like trying new things.0
-
I think the challenge for me will be playing a sport hmmm, not sure about this one.0
-
It's March 1st finally here. I have been so super excited about this challenge and can't wait. I'm a little scard about the strength training. That is going to be tough. Good luck everyone on the jumping jacks.0

i cant believe how many people re dreading the no processed foods day... what do you people eat? unless ive got my definition of processed foods wrong? Heres an idea (meal plan for the day)
Breakfast: Berry almond smoothie.
1 cup of so good almond milk
1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)
1 banana
4 ice cubes
throw all in a blender and blend til smooth (so yummy)
Lunch: Make a salad with lettuce, carrots, mushrooms, red capsicum, cucumber, red onion, spinach, and either tuna or grilled chicken. Dress it with some garlic mustard balsamic vinegar lemon juice and a tiny bit of brown sugar.
Dinner: Grilled fish or chicken with any kinds of spice or herbs you like and steamed vegetables (carrots, beans, asparagus, corn, broccoli, cauliflower)0 -

My kind of girl. This is my goal for every day pretty much. I start with a shake as well. However, not every day is a goal day ;-( Some days I fall but there's always tomorrow ;-)0 -
