Daily Challenge :) For 3/5/12

Note: I'm giving daily challenges a day in advance now so that everyone can plan ahead and do them.

Challenge:

It has to do with exercise ADDED onto what you normally do.

I want this one to be a little fun, so here's how it goes. It revolves around your birthday. Pick YOUR birthday day and month, and THAT is what you do! :)

01 - Jumping Jacks
02 - Push Ups
03 - Sit Ups
04 - Squats
05 - Minutes of Jogging (out, or in place)
06 - Burpees
07 - Second Side Planks (both sides)
08 - Push Ups
09 - Sit Ups
10 - Crunches
12 - Minutes of Dancing (try to keep it up beat, get your heart rate up)
13 - Jumping Jacks
14 - Second Side Planks (both sides)
15 - Minutes of Jogging (out, or in place)
16 - Sit Ups
17 - Push Ups
18 - Minutes of Dancing (try to keep it up beat, get your heart rate up)
19 - Crunches
20 - Burpees
21 - Squats
22 - Second Side Planks (both sides)
23 - Push Ups
24 - Crunches
25 - Sit Ups
26 - Burpees
27 - Minutes of Dancing (try to keep it up beat, get your heart rate up)
28 - Minutes of Jogging (out, or in place)
29 - Squats
30 - Push Ups
31 - Jumping Jacks

Example, my birthday is February 8th, so my challenge is 10 Push Ups! :)

To those who have health problems, YOU know your limits so do what you can do! Or replace it with something you can do that is still challenging.

    I was born on Nov. 22 so I have 10 second side planks. Did a search, looks like I'm doing the yoga side plank pose and I guess I hold it for 10 seconds. I will give it a shot. If it doesn't work for me, I'm doing 10 squats on top of my everyday workout.

    Remember guys, especially those who got burpees) if it is too hard for you, replace it with something else!
