I didn't get to weigh in til yesterday, and it was on a different scale. Still at 222.2 ugh. At some point the scale will move, right?0

just keep with it..last year i weighed 194lbs and got down to 169lbs..then i kept going up and down a few pounds and gave up..I started again on 1/23/12 thanks to a friend of mine giving me this website and I was at 180lbs now I'm down to 170.8 from my experience just stay with it and try to measure yourself ever few weeks, thats where you will most likely notice big changes!!0

doing well with my calorie goal.started my diet on 1/23/12 and have lost 8lbs so far, I weigh myself on saturday or sunday usually so not sure on my weight loss this week yet. However I'm not doing so well on my excercising this week, I am getting over a sinus infection although its not a excuse but its hard to have the motivation to excercise!!...grrr

My trainer brought in the regular scale I've been weighing in on today. 219.8! I know it's nearly the same as 220...but it's still lower. We'll weigh in again next Tuesday.0
