Well done. Swimming big distance is very rewarding and a great way showing how our fitness has improved0

fantastic. I highly recommend doing a good distance like this frequently. Now that I worked up to the mile swim, now I do it multiple times a week, and I am amazed how I went from barely making it to being able to walk straight to the locker room without being wobbly after 36 laps.0

Nice one buddy. I used to just swim 32 lengths, (1/2 mile) and then call it a day. One day I had plenty of time on my hands and carried on swimming until I had swam a mile. I've never looked back since, always swim a mile at time now. I feel great and love the buzz afterwards. I just swim front crawl as I don't like any other strokes. Keep up the good work.0
