Weights for beginners

Hello,
Any really easy weight videos/sites you guys recommend for new lifters? I've been using the machine weights and working my way up from the lightest settings (never done weights before!) but from what I've read here and elsewhere, free weights are better.
One problem, I have no idea how to use them!

Check out bodybuilder.com. They have tons of workouts, they have them in different categories. Beginner, intermediate, etc.0

Here's the link in case you can't find it. I was on my phone last night when I replied so I couldn't post the link.

Also, there is a droid/iphone app called JEFIT...free in the Market.
It has a routine built in and you can add, change, add more routines...it logs, times your rest and everything. You can also download the animation and it will show you the move...it is too sweet!0 -
Sedosher: I am halfway through the livefit trainer. Good stuff!0

Thanks!! I'll look into these, especially the phone one as I can take it to the gym... I'm that bad, I might need to look at something as I"m doing the weights :P0
