1000 High Knees Challenge!

Hey guys this week lets try and do 1000 High knees! its a great workout you can cut it up into sets and do 10 sets of 100 reps and just do them throughpout the day! I am not sure how many calories it is but I assume its as much or more than jumping jacks!

Are you talking about 1000 High Knees per day? And this is standing in place & bring your knees up as high as possible (hold it up there for a second or two and then back down)? Do you add your hands to this as well?
Thanks - I would be willing to try this - not sure that I can do 1000 yet but I will give it a shot.

here's a good video you can either do the standing in place ones walking or jumping in place... Ive been doing the jumping in place but do what is best for your fitness level.0 -
