Hi everyone,

I started the 30 day shred at the end of Feb, currently in the middle of level 2. Thought I'd join this group to see how others are handling it and offer some support and vice versa.

I'm 23, 5'3, and currently 147.2 lbs. When I started the shred I weighed in at about 151. Looking forward to level 3!

    Thanks, - thought I should mention I'm doing the shred in addition to 4x a week cardio and 2/3 x a week strength training - so loss is not due to just the 30ds:)
