BUT statring tomorrow cos i'ts my birthday!!!!!
Just a quick question....do I need anything else? and do I need a lot of room? Just need to decided where I'm going to do it.
Dreading it as everything I've read says its really hard!

Happy Birthday!!! You need a set of hand weights and a mat if your going to do it on a hard floor. You just need enough room to be able to do push ups and jumping jacks. Its tough to start with, but stick with it, by day 4 or 5 you'll be feeling great! Good luck!0

If you don't have hand weights to start use two cans of soup or pasta sauce ect. depending on the size that is comfortable in your hands. I had to do that until payday. Now i have my weights =D0

I have make-shift weights too ^_^ mine are simply a set of shampoo and conditioner bottles filled with shot-blast.0

I found this thread funny... My birthday is Sunday, and I asked for weights for my birthday. For now, I'm using a pair of cordless 5.8 ghz phones. Lol!0
