Hi all,

I've lost twelve pounds total in four months. My goal is a few more, but we'll see. I definitely would like to gain some definition. (example, I can see my abs when I laugh, cough, etc, but they're under fat) I also would like to have a stronger body overall.

I was wondering if there were any at home exercises I could do without items. Would push-ups be effective? Any suggestions are welcomed! Thank you.

burpees, lunges, pushups. squats. and even jumping rope are all good for burning fat and building muscle.
