Weight Loss: Lose between 1 and 2 pounds each week

Non-Scale Goal: To be happy at my daughter's wedding on June 30th and not obsess on how I look in the dress/pictures.

Exercise: Workout 5 weekday mornings each week. Workout 3 weekday lunchtimes. Workout lightly one weekend day and rest one weekend day.

Nutrition goal: Try to eat as natural as possible. No fastfood at all. Every meal can have, AT MOST, one item that is pre-made/packaged/not natural. (salad dressing, boxed mix, etc.)

This should be specific enough for me!

Try the couch to 5k program. I have never been a runner and started this today and it seems very doable. Good luck.
