Hi i just joined.. i'm hoping this works out for me. I used to starve myself and would sometimes just have a yoghurt or a cuppa soup all day. I lost lots of weight of course but then the binge cycle started (and lasted a few months) and i'm now overweight. So i tried to restrict again but didn't lose anything for months so have decided i need to break this and sort myself out.. Problem is i'm still only managing around 700 cals a day.
I now go to the gym as well 3-5 times a week and i just want to be slim, healthy and toned. I know it's hard work but i'm commited now. Any suggestions or advice on how i can eat more and how i get out of starvation mode will be greatly received. I so badly want to get back into my size 10 jeans without busting out the seams.. once i get there i'll work on getting into my size 8s lol.

I would suggest to make your diary public so we can see what you are eating now. Upping your calories can have an emotional response if you let it. Its awesome that you realize that it isn't healthy and you want to make a change for the better!!0

I don't want to make my diary public.. this is what i've had today;
Breakfast - weight watchers yoghurt and Banana
Mid morning snack - Grapes
Lunch - weight watchers yoghurt and packet of sunbites
Mid afternoon snack - apple
tea - Tortelini with salad and new potatoes
Evening snack - 1x slice of bread with coleslaw ( like a sandwich i guess)
This is what i used to have
Breakfast - Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself - Wild Mushroom Soup In A Cup
Mid morning snack - Tesco - Mini Flapjack Bites, 1 bite, Tesco - Small Choc Chunk Brownie, 1 piece
Lunch - Diet Coke
Tea - Weight Watchers - Weightwatchers Chicken Casserole, 1 serving
Evening Snack - Slice of bread and butter0 -
