    You're going to love it! We're all here to support each others' successes and to encourage each other when doubt creeps in or things get tough. It will be great to pat each other on the back when the 90 days is up!

    Hi, that's great. You will love the program. I just finished Week 5 today and really like it so far. Add me as a friend if you'd like. LMK if you have any questions that I can help with. One tip I will give you now, is to stretch throughout your day. The first week put a lot of us in some pain. (Possibly due to not stretching enough at the end of the videos. Guessing to keep each of them around the 30-35 min. mark) Stetching really helped me a lot.
