Here we go!! This is the thread that you will post your starting weight on and then each day post if you met all of your challenge goals for that day.
PLEASE GET ME YOUR STARTING WEIGHT TODAY OR TOMORROW.
ALSO, PLEASE POST ON THE THREAD WHICH CHALLENGE LEVEL YOU ARE GOING TO BE DOING AND IF YOU ARE DOING ANY OF THE WALKING CHALLENGES (if you have not already let me know that info)... hehe.
An example of a daily post would be like this:
day #1 exercise challenges - DONE
water today - 13 cups
under calorie goal today - yes!
and walked 6 miles towards my walking challenge.
You can post your questions on this thread as well, and anyone on the teams can help me to answer them (sometimes there are so many posts that I don't see the question right away).... so if you know the answer to a question someone else has posted - please - by all means, help a sista out!!
Typically, Sunday is a rest day, but if your schedule is different and you choose a different day for your rest day - that is fine too. Just also let us know in your post what day's challenges you are working on each day, or we will "assume" it is the current day challenges.
Last, since there are over 60 people on this challenge, I've enlisted the help of 3 other people to be "team captains". I am working now on dividing up all the "players" between us so that we can all keep "tabs" on each of you!!! :noway: For this week, EVERYONE will still post their information on this same thread.

I'm doing the CHALLENGER level exercises
and will be doing the Gold Medalist Walking Challenge (400 miles).

NOW.... I am working on getting everybody onto teams..... I hope to have all of that posted by tomorrow at the latest....
As soon as I do, I will post the links to the different team's spreadsheets on this thread so you can go in and enter your starting weight there too and look around the spreadsheet so you have time to ask questions if you need to.
