ok so starting measurements [feb 28th]
weight: 68.1 kg
waist: 68 cm
hips: 97 cm
thighs: 55 cm
arms: 26 cm
chest: 83 cm
I can't decide if I'll measure/weigh during the 30 days, or wait until the end like a final reveal/extreme makeover kind of thing. What's everyone else doing??
So I've put ON weight (+0.5kg - not much but it's going in the wrong direction!) but I have lose cms.
weight: 68.1 kg - 68.6kg
waist: 68 cm - 65cm (-3cms!)
hips: 97 cm - 91cm (-6cms!!)
thighs: 55 cm - no change
arms: 26 cm - 25cm
chest: 83 cm - 81cm (-2cms)
Got to be happy with that, but so discouraged about the weight gain!0 -
Measurements for 1 March 2012 (I've got a lot to work with here, just hope 30 Day Shred works its wonders second time round).

Measurements on 20 March 2012 (still coming off but seems there may be a blip with my measuring skills)
CW: 83.4kg (183.9 pounds)
Bst: 98cm
Wst: 91cm

For my 10 days on level 2 I lost 2.8 lbs (not as much as I was hoping...) But I lost 6 inches!
Level 1- lost 1.2 lbs and 6 inches
Level 2- lost 2.8 lbs and 6 inches
Total so far- lost 4 lbs and 12 inches

I lost about 7lbs and 8.5 inches total. Lost an inch from my hips, 1.25 inches from my natural waist, 2.25 inches from my waist at my belly button, and 1.25 inches around my chest (right under, not including "the girls"). The rest of the 8.5ish is from arms and thighs...nothing too impressive there.0

Okay, so I lost 7.4 lbs over the 30 days. Not what I was hoping for but I can not be sad about any loss! What I am most excited about is the inches. I lost 16 inches in 30 days! I am very happy about those results. I took pictures on day 1, day 11, day 21, and day 31. I wasn't seeing much of a difference. But my friends were seeing a difference and suggested I post my before and after pics side by side to compare. OMG! I am totally seeing a difference! I still have lots to lose (i've lost 1/4 of my goal so far), so these pics aren't cute! Please be warned! Big girl in undies!

It looks like I lost about 4lbs and 5 inches. Not as much as I was hoping for, but I can definitely tell a difference in the way my clothes fit and endurance. I'm starting Ripped in 30 tomorrow. I took a rest day today and found it really hard to get through the day without going for a walk. I had to make myself rest.0

Over the course of the month, I lost 4 pounds and 8.75 centimeters, including 4 cm from my muffin top!!! These are not as great as some people's numbers, but I am back to fiting in my pants which was my goal. The ultimate is that my husband commented that I had slimmed down. While he always says that I am beautiful, he purposefully doesn't comment on how fit (or not fit) my body is.
I would have skipped out on a lot of sessions, if it had not been for this group. Thank you.0 -

i lost 4lbs and a total of 13.5" i'm totally happy with this. i lose weight very slowly so seeing the inches lost is totally inspiring for me to keep going even when i'm not seeing the changes on the scale that i would like.
