I loved the participation in March!
You guys help keep me motivated!!!
So, I figured the same as last months challenge, you set your own goal and you try to hit it.
It's really a competition with yourself, but we all share here.
My goal last month was 500 minutes (starting March 7th) and I ended up passing 1000...
So this months goal, to push myself a bit, is 1500 minutes.
That's almost an hour a day... so this really will be a challenge, if I want an off day I have to REALLY work for it! haha.
Good luck everyone and I can't wait to see some workout goals met!

>.< When I started this challenge I was easily doing 60 minutes a day. Things have slowed considerably. I'm not going to change my goal, I'm going to keep at it- But I'm not as confident as I was in the beginning.0
