Ok, my week 5 goals:
1. Stick to HEALTHY choices. Again, lean meats, fruits, veggies. I'm really trying NOT to eat packaged foods that are high in carbs, sodium and sugars.
2. Keep to my pre made schedule of Turbo Fire, Pump every other day. I also want to try to get a few runs in this week. I am starting to train for the 5k at our local fair in June.
3. I will NOT let the weekend ruin me. I will keep to my healthy food choices and not ditch out on my workouts.
4. Keep going strong with my additional 5 pounds to every track for Pump. When I can aford it, I'm going to get the weighted gloves for Turbo Fire too!
Thanks everyone and have a great week!0 -
My goals for this week
1. Pump 3X this week. Try turbofire.
2. Maybe do a 30DS Level 3
3. Try to eat within calories (a little more if I have a big deficit)
4. Do some chores0 -
My goals for this week:
1. Add a cardio workout to each pump workout (because I'm on spring break )
2. Have a Shakeology each day (hard to do when I'm working because I am sort of like a traveling teacher)
3. Try to get more fruits and veggies in each day (like at least 5 servings)
...and of course,0 -
