Day 3 of the Shred

I have just started the 30 Day Shred. Today is day 3. That night, after the first workout, I was really sore. Yesterday, I was sore during the workout, I thought my thighs and my arms were going to fall off but I pushed through it. I have not been in as much pain today as I was the first two days, so I'm hoping that maybe I'm getting used to it. I am currently using 2 pound weights because I don't want to over do it and tear something. If it starts getting too easy, what do you do? I know you can use bigger weights, maybe include another workout? Which one would you do as an addition? Thanks for any advice! :happy:

    I started a week ago and I'm not sore at all anymore. It does get easier, but I don't think it gets TOO easy because you can just push yourself harder and use heavier weights. (I'm using 7lbs now) I still sweat every time! I haven't done workout 2 yet, but looking forward to a new routine! I've also been more motivated to go for walks and do some extra ab exercises.
