my exercise today consisted of spending the day doing a ton of walking for shopping. I have a hacking cough and a slight fever so I will keep it at that for today.

    do you normally keep your calories so low ?? I am just asking cause I think you need to increase some more.. keep them at 1200 at least :) TRUST ME :flowerforyou:

    Well today I just wanted to eat all day!!! So I went over my calories but did OK with sugar. I am already starting to think about how good a glass of Wine sounds!!! :drinker:

    As you can see, today was a blowout for me. Going over my calories but had a good P90X strength training workout. I still look forward to my weigh in tomorrow, though. AND I did great on my sugars which makes me excited about. It is not easy, because I think about Chick-fil-A's ice dream cones always!!! Here's to a better day tomorrow. Good luck, friends!

    Thursday turned out to be a "maintenance daty for me since I was really hungry last night and I realized I would be fasting all day today for Good Friday so it'll all even out- so don't freak out when you see my calories !! p.s. I had a drink with my brother who i hadn't seen in ages. See I'm honest :-)
    ( oh and I walked an hour again- that's pretty much my usual)

    Just curious what you're eating that you have that high calories and low sugar??

    I am barely under 40 in sugar as a norm without sweets.
