Hey ladies! How is everyone doing?? I will admit that I am about a week behind on my videos due to school work and my body's resistance to waking up early this week Will power is not my strongest suit this week. How is everyone else doing with videos and life?

I had to take 3 days in a row off last week because of a major paper I was finishing, but other than that I'm on track. I'm switching my day off some weeks if I get busy, then I just finish the week and begin the next, but other than that I'm sticking to it! I still really like it. Definitely adapting to it, so I've upped my weights on certain exercises, but after using ankle weights for high and tight on Sunday, I could barely get through the workouts on Monday and Tuesday, so I don't know if that was premature or what. Lost about a pound and I think my butt is changing because it feels different when I wear this one pair of jeans that is real tight lol. Who knows...0

I was doing great unitl Monday when I went out of town for the week for my job! I ate horribly, and didnt work out much this week. Its really hard to stay on track when you are in a hotel room and cannot cook. Thankfully, I am home now and am finally done with training. I gained a few pounds though Im going to restart my third week on Monday and get back on track.0

So I got behind because of school and work stuff- (3 weeks until my MSW!!) Finally got up earlier today to get back into it... since I missed a bunch of days, I'm gonna just pick a couple random days from diff weeks to do to finish out this week, then start week 4's schedule after that. Then I plan on going back to the beginning or switching around the order of weeks and continuing. Still feel like I'm getting a great workout and I think I'm starting to see a little difference in my legs/butt. Abs are definitely shaped up now- if my skin wasn't a little loose from bein pregnant with twins, I'd have a ripped 6-pack! No fat left there, so thats a good thing at least!0
