Ok, well I've decided that I'm allowing myself 2 servings of fruit a day. I find that I'm replacing my healthy fruit with unhealthy junk which contains a lot of sodium. It's not healthy. This challenge has really opened my eyes to what is in foods. It's a good thing. I didn't lose any weight this week and so I'm a little sad. I'm switching some things up so we'll see once if it starts working. Hope you all have an amazing Easter. Stay strong! Here are my totals

day sucked cause I didnt get to work out.. my toe/ foot was killing me on my attempt of a run.. so I went home...
