Hi all,

Well it's that time to start planning. Last year Trish and I decided to do t-shirt for our check-in group and they came out great! We did them last minute though so we couldn't get our camo pink t-shirts in time. I mean it was very last minute.

So this year let's start early. The more people join the cheaper it will be. I think last year it was about $16 per person. Of course that will depend on the cost of the base t-shirt we get and how much we get printed. We also got one made for Cathe last year. It was fun:

So let me know in this thread:
1-) If you are interested.
2-) Any t-shirt that you find on the web that can be ordered that you like. Then we'll all have to agree. :laugh:
3-) What you'd like printed on it and design pics etc. Yep, we'll have to agree to that too. :laugh:

Trish will do the ordering of the t-shirts (I think, I'll check with her LOL) and I'll take care of the printing.

    Oooh nice! I really like the first one, in either color and I also like the ringer T-shirt.

    So funny, I remember seeing you guys in these shirts. My friend and I thought these were so neat and swore that next year we would get shirts like that. She's coming again this year but I've yet to convince her to get on here and join the group to meet everyone.

    I showed all the options you had to Renae, and she likes the ringer (Bella) one best.

    I like either the ringer or the second link (the one you got last year). I think a plain one is best for printing on rather than an army print.

    Renae's choice for color is grey for the ringer, and a two-tone that does not have white for the other. I will go with whatever color you all want.

    I like the Black/Scarlet/White at http://www.logosoftwear.com/product/26071/dream-fan-jersey-in-juniors-sizes Luckily, the Logosoftwear website does the printing; they have the ability to print on a black background. I've had the best luck with pre-printed shirts. You can print a transfer on you home computer but it is limited to what colors you have (ie no white) and to boxier/solid designs because any empty spots will still have the clear material transfered.

    BTW I'm totally in on getting shirts! Is there anything catchy that pops to mind to write on them? Maybe something Cathe says? I'm going to keep thinking on it; if anyone thinks of something throw it up here! :)

    PS there is also another company that I've used called cafepress. I like the above option better compared to cafepress though. Great find :)

    ok now that i know there are groups on MFP and figured out how to join one, heeeere i am LOL! i love the black/scarlet/white shirts!

    @Steph-Kinda hard to keep my "stuff" on the down low that way, yo. :D Sure thing but we might need to add the nicknames ourselves if we meet the minimum for a price reduction on bulk shirts.

    Had a an idea for a slogan: Cathletes: Havin' a Blast!

    What do you think? Any other ideas?

    Jamie, last year I had the t-shirts printed locally. They did a great job and were quite affordable. We gave them the design for the front ourselves. I'll dig up the info if I can.

    I love the Bella ringer white with fushia. But I'm not picky and will order whatever the majority wants.

    I have an idea for what to put on the front. How about:

    WE'RE Boss!

    Like Cathe's asking us who's boss, and we are answering. And then of course Cathlete somewhere.


    ETA: Guess it helps to read the replies since someone else said the same thing I did!!

    I like the Raglan bella (from last year?)

    Pink is always preferred =p ....then again, if we'll be doing cardio in them... :-/
