Yea, I'll probably see a +1 or no change tomorrow.... I set my goals to maintenance for the last few days and I did this ridiculous trampoline workout on Saturday and can't move my arms so I'm sure I'm retaining water too! Oh well!0

Quite disgusted! Hoping it is water weight from the ham I ate yesterday, but guessing it is not. How can you seriously gain 5 pounds in one week????0 -

I have seriously been killing it at the gym and hiked 10.5 miles on Saturday, so was hoping there would be some change! But then again, I was a little to lenient with my food choices immediately before/after that hike.0 -
Quite disgusted! Hoping it is water weight from the ham I ate yesterday, but guessing it is not. How can you seriously gain 5 pounds in one week????
I wouldn't worry, you would have to overeat by 17,500 cals to put that on! Ham is so salty it is probably water weight. I had the same problem at the end of March, i had spent 6 weeks losing 5 pounds (138 to 133). Then for my friends birthday I had a meal out and went out drinking. When I weighed myself I had gone up to 141 higher than my start weight. It’s just water weight and it will drop off. I think my loss this week is mainly attributable to water weight!0 -

I know I was at a plateau for a while and was working my hiney off, and I realized when I had to take it easy a few days cause of my daughter, I guess my body had time to heal and move stuff the way it needed to and I started losing again.0 -
Maybe this is the motivation we needed to get our bums into gear!!! I'm going to try and hit the gym every night and see if that makes any difference. Feeling down because only lost 1 pound in 2 weeks now but just need to keep at it, just keep thinking about buying nice clothes for holiday :-)0
