    Ok you are all on the spreadsheet now. This has got a much better reaction than I expected, only thought about 5 people would join. Anyway, if this months challenge is a success i'll definitely do another for May. Please leave any suggestions for the next one. A few ladies have requested to include NSV e.g. inch loss.
    I want it to be this time next week already!!! Excited to weigh in!

    I know i'm excited too! We have a weight loss goal of 143pounds between 19 people. And Tubbs has a weight gain goal of 3.4pounds.

    I have Easter dinner Sat night at my mom's then easter dinner sunday night at my in-law's! How are you guys handling easter celebreations?

    I have Easter dinner Sat night at my mom's then easter dinner sunday night at my in-law's! How are you guys handling easter celebreations?

    I would love a nice home cooked meal but i'm still at university. I have also asked not to get any easter eggs this year.

    It's funny how people gain due to all the Christmas goodies, then there is valentines, then easter, then cookouts. then thanksgiving.... its a never ending cycle!

    If I know i've got a big meal coming up i'll hit the gym big time and eat as little cals during the day as possible. This means I can fully indulge later on. I'm also calorie cycling atm, this also allows me to save calories/have a cheat day :)

    Yea, I'll probably see a +1 or no change tomorrow.... I set my goals to maintenance for the last few days and I did this ridiculous trampoline workout on Saturday and can't move my arms so I'm sure I'm retaining water too! Oh well!

    Quite disgusted! Hoping it is water weight from the ham I ate yesterday, but guessing it is not. How can you seriously gain 5 pounds in one week????

    I had a LOT of trouble controlling my eating this weekend :( ... too much Easter candy! I'm really going to focus and get back on track this week! Hope to see better numbers on the scale next Monday
