Weight 136 / 135 / 134
Waist 33 / 32.5 / 31.5
Hip 39 / 38.5 / 38.25
Chest (over) 38 / 36 / 36
Chest (under) 34 / 32 / 32
Belly button 36 / 35 / 34.25
Thigh
Left 21.5 / 21.25/ 21.25
Right 21.5 / 21.25/ 21.25
If you ignore the gap (vacation, laziness, not regular in measuring etc.etc.) I have lost 2 measly lbs since I started tracking in Feb BUT I have lost 9 inches in total so far all due to eating right ~1800-1900 calories daily and working out hard (2X cardio intervals and 3X strenght training). I eat EVERYTHING...chocoalte, carbs, treats. I do focus on protein (atleast 1gm per LBM, mostly more).
So all you people who are measuring your progress by the scale and fearing that you are not loosing weight..please pull out your measuring tapes. They DONT lie.
Oh if anybody is interested, I am 33 years old and am 5.4"

I COULD HUG YOU!!!! TELL THEM!!!!! :-)
That is so awesome.
I tell you, I wouldn't give up the inches for anything in the world! Muscles weigh more and inches means you're size is shrinking so WHO CARES what the scale says:-)0 -
YOU'RE MY HERO!!!!!!!!! Tell them girl!!!!! The INCHES DO NOT LIE!!!! IT WORKS IT WORKS!!!!0

Thanks ladies! I feel taller, healthier, fitter and STRONGER! I crave good food (mostly!) and make an effort to eat back my workout calories.
Food is your friend...if you want quick weight loss, this is not the right way for you. This is a lifestyle and will eventually get you fitter without you even trying!0 -
