I did 20 mins of P90X and kept my sugars below goal. YIPPEE!!! I am very happy with that, especially since I love my sweets. I wish I did better at drinking water. I really need to try harder at getting more water. I think the deal is I just don't drink much at all during my day. I like water and not the kind with any kind of flavoring in it. Here's to tomorrow.0 -
