edited December 2024 in Social Groups
I started this challenge in February with a 100 lb goal. As a group we lost 115lbs!
March I raised the goal to 125, and we lost an amazing 190 lbs!!!!!

So here it is, April, 200 lbs. Lets do it!!

Post your weekly weigh-ins here and add your pounds lost to the group total.

Example:
Previous group total: 10 lbs
My loss: 1.5 lbs
New group total: 11.5 lbs

What do we do if you gain weight back though? For instance, I lost 6.5 pounds as of my April 2nd weigh-in but gained 4 of it back the next week.

I have not added anything to this thread yet as I just joined the group. Someone may have already asked this question and if so, i'm sorry.

You would just add when you lose again.
