HELLO 40, can I make that 40 bigger????? I finally hit 40 lbs lost! It is a miracle it seems...a long wait. And I feel very good about my sugars. I did 30 minutes of P90X arms and shoulders which I love to do.
The hubby says that if I don't eat back my exercise calories over the next couple of weeks I could go into starvation mode, so if you have a word about that let me hear from you. I like others advice as well. How should I handle it?0 -
