I started there and am there regularly under the same name. I also keep a journal there to document my lifts/diet/etc.0
-
I'm on there as heidi1990.
Mainly just use it to keep a chart of strength gains.0 -

-
I am, same name. I don't use it much, but I do check in every month when I place an order.0
-
I go over there almost everyday, but I have never posted in the boards. I read the articles, look at exercises, check out new programs, etc. One day I will start posting, though.0

I would just like to mention-- those of you that lurk over at bodybuilding.com, the forum stickies and some of the forum posters are very, very well educated and have a lot to offer.
The supersite on the other hand, has a lot of broscience trash that won't be of much use. I'm only mentioning this because the difference in quality between forum stickies/good forum posts and the supersite is substantial.0 -

Thanks for the distinction, sometimes it's hard to wade through it all. Especially on giant mega-sites and publications. I wish the women's version of M&F came out more often than quarterly, because it's the only thing that comes close to read-worthy. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know. Otherwise, I'm stuck reading the hubby's stuff.0 -

I just joined the site, as I am looking for a good lifting regiment. I picked 12 week trainer (hard core) with Kris Gething, Its going to be a challenge for me but I am looking forward to getting back to the lifting side of fitness. my user name is jakejacobsen (same as here)0

I'm on there as SeaSiren0

yep. jzpowahz is my name. I don't use it for logging or anything just pop over there for MEN & other crazy american foods to try hehe.
Oh and there have been some fun eating competitions lately.0 -
I have an account over there, but really I just go in there for articles when I have a question about something. The site is so obnoxious and busy that it turns me off a little. However, I do like how they have it divided up into sections like age, newbies, etc. in terms of info.0

I'm there under the same user name, too. I'm on here much more because I'm focusing more on logging food now than the workouts. I love BB.com for purchasing my supps and other stuff. Awesome, fast delivery with freebees all the time. I also love the articles on there. Lately, I get my workout/meal plans from there, too. Just love it. Glad to have found some like-minded peeps on here. It makes MFP more fun.0

It is obnoxious I think that is why I like it. :-D0 -

www.nutraplanet.com and prosource.net have better prices usually. They also throw in a bunch of freebies. I love nutraplanet because you can buy some supplements in bulk. (Nutra Planet is the website that is refereed to as "another planet" in the forums.)0 -

I do have an account there, but for some reason can't use the blogs. Feel free to add adrianindy since I only have one friend over there.0
-
I have to agree with you about Nutraplanet - they've got great prices.
Also, I like to order their bulk items..0 -
Thanks, I'll check it out. Very open to new things/suggestions. As for other response, really? I think people are more obnoxious on here! LOL, not judging, just sayin'. It can be funny. Karma got me the other day, though, I had to eat my own words... Oh wells! Hoping to learn from the "more experienced".

Yeah I'm there also...bigsize79...but honestly this site here is more up my alley and it gives me much more MOTIATION0
-
LOL Same as pretty much everyone here, seems like lol. Same user name as well. I only use it to track my workout progress. Love that it shows your stats and progress in weightlifting! That's the only thing I log though LOL
Helps me stay on track, I'm not that organized with out it lol0 -
The only thing BB.com is useful for is their webcast of the olympia and the photos from all the shows.
Their forums are filled with crap info from teenagers who know "everything". And their store...prices suck lol.
Much better prices/info/atmosphere elsewhere.0 -
I'm on there, as well. Same name.0
-
Yeah i will be soon for recording my lifts progression. will more then likely add you peeps.0

Nutrition forum has some excellent posters in it and there's also some good stuff in the over 35 section and the exercise/workout section. You just have to weed out the bull****. Definitely a great resource if you can identify the good contributors.
The supersite is crap.0
