This is the new thread for week #3.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION IN THE SPREADSHEET FOR WEEK #2 - AS I NEED TO CALCULATE MILEAGE AND POINTS TODAY!! THIS INCLUDES YOUR WEIGHT (WIEGH IN) FOR THIS WEEK!!!

MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT YOUR INFORMATION FOR LAST WEEK ON THE RIGHT PAGE - WEEK #2 - BECAUSE WEEK #3's SHEET IS OUT THERE NOW.

I will take down week #2's exercise challenges, and week #2's spreadsheet tonight - so if you need to make any of week 2 challenges up - YOU MUST DO SO TODAY!

Also, this week we have an ADDITIONAL challenge - how many of those DOUBLE CRUNCHES can you do this week? How many are you going to COMMIT to?? Post your commitment number here on the thread and then keep updating it everyday throughout the week...... I don't think that I have any abs - they are so weak it's not even funny - so I'm only going to commit to 150.

    My sister's wedding is over. What a beautiful event! Stayed busy with it this week to keep up with everything here at home. Not too bad on the weight side.

    I have the same weight as I did when I started. :-(

    I will commit to 150 double crunches as well.

    Starting week 3 off @ 189.0 lbs :grumble: Up 1.5 lbs from last week. TOM is all that needs to be said.......This week I am going to focus on getting my workouts in and choosing healthy items to fuel my body with. I hope everyone has a fabulous week!

    I can not commit to the crunches. I don't think I can push my back that much more. But I will commit to an exercise that is simular from my PT :-)

    I get the feeling that a double crunch is not a candy bar in this instance. Is there a link or something to those of us who are clueless?

    Ok I googled it and I will give 150 a shot if my big belly doesn't get in the way too much!

    I wish I could do a double crunch because obviously I need it. I have no lower abdominal muscles and can't get my big butt off the floor!! :embarassed: I will, however, commit to doing 250 regular AND 200 side twist crunches for the week...thats 450 crunches in all! :bigsmile:

    I did not walk towards the evening walk challenge since today is my rest day. I did however walk Sadie :-)

    Started the extra exercise challenge today! I didn't make a goal for the crunches, I want to push myself and see how many I can do. Today I did 100 double crunches!

    I did not walk towards the evening walk challenge.

    I spent all afternoon at my daughter's helping her finish the downstairs. We rocked together! I am too tired tonight to do much of anything. I'll catch up on the exercise tomorrow and go snuggle with Sadie. I came home to cold and rainy plus I had turned the heat off thinking today would be warmer! While the house is warming Sadie and I will warm the bed :-) Rest well everyone!

    Loving my FITBIT for keeping track of my miles and steps! It has helped me SO much to get in my walking during the day! I did think I got so much in at work, but wow, I really do! Good luck this week, ladies and keep up the fabulous work!
