Sorry Team I had a terrible week. I spent the week working double shifts days into swings 2 days & swings into graves 1 day and at the same time doctoring my first horse. I doctored him for 4 days and basically got no sleep for days. We finally had to put him down on friday and I have been devestated ever since. Still not doing well but I get better every day. I had him for 24 years and he would have been 26 next week. I got him when he was 18 months old. I trained him myself and he was a great friend and took care of anyone that rode him from babies to the elderly. I hope to get out of this funk and do better this week.

Sorry reds - despite lots of exercise (a new thing for me!) I have no loss this week. It is TOM and I always gain 1-2lb then so I am really hoping that is all it is. (I presume it wouldn't be normal to do lots of exercise and be so well under calorie goal every day and lose nothing?). I genuinely did try very hard and expect the credit for my efforts to show up after TOM is over. Sorry about the push-ups...just don't seem to be able to do them.0 -
