Just wonder, for those of you that have lost a dramatic amount of weight, do back rolls ever go away? I just really can not imagine how mine will ever leave after being so big. I keep having mental images of them just being saggy because the fat isnt really there anymore. Hard to explain but if you have experiences with this please share!!

Yes mine are going away slowly but surely, all my weight is coming off my upper body and those rolls are rolling away - keep pushing you will see results!

Just as everyone else said, yes they will. As you lose, they will disappear! So don't give up!

If you workout in the gym, use the lateral machine or anyone that works your back muscles.

What workouts have you guys done to target back fat? It's a big problem area for me. I have focused mainly on cardio for the past month and I see the weight coming off, but I think I need to do more to get this back fat and belly fat off. Any suggestions?

Its no way to really target it (that I know of) just stick with the cardio. And if you typically do the same cardio exercise--switch to other things to shock your body. Good luck!! :)
