yeah that is awesome! great job. my fit test will not be until next sunday but i really am excited now that some of the initial soreness from these workouts have worked their way to not be so bad to really condition my body and get to the level where i see some improvement on the fit tests.0 -

Did Better on every exercise except the Suicide Jumps, which I'm now convinced I mis-counted on the original test. I did this one at the park, the weather was beautiful, I brought my laptop out and my dogs watched me going insane! There must be a time limit on 'edit' post function, lame.0 -

I finished this about 30 minutes ago and still feel like I'm going to throw up...that's how you know it was good! hahahaha0 -
I just did my second fit test and improved on each of the exercises - how exciting!0

Supposed to do the Fit Test but wanted to burn more calories so I did Pure Cardio Instaed.0

You could have done both and burned even MORE calories :P
I have my fit test tomorrow, might do some more cardio abs afterwards depending on how I feel.0 -

Welcome to the "newbies" glad you are starting with us! My last week was filled with carpentry and NO insanity whatsoever --- well, my husband probaly thought I was insane for the list I made, thinking we'd get it all done in one week, lol.
I'm on "week 2" should be "week 3" so I'm somewhere in between the newbies and the original starters on 4/1.

Don't fret about no weight loss. Chalene (Johnson) explains it on her blog, but I think the gist is this:
"...The motivation to start a new exercise program is almost always to lose weight. However, what most personal trainers know--and most at-home exercisers do not--is that a new exercise program often can cause an immediate (and temporary) increase on the scale. (Notice I didn't say weight gain! I'll explain.)..."
