I'm having trouble meeting my calorie goal of 1300...I don't deny myself; I eat everything I please... I need help

If allergies are not an issue, try adding more nuts to your diet. They are very nutritious but very calorie dense. Peanut butter is another good option.0

Aren't high fiber foods generally calorie-loaded and filling? You might want to examine that area.0

yeah I eat nuts and seeds daily, I need to remember to log them in my daily food journal..I'm not hungry I just wondered what I could do to try to meet my daily goal because I fall under my goal every day0
