Well, stressful week with State Testing for students and I have to be out of my home office to do it. This means lunch at places I don't usually eat. Making wise choices from the menu but finding it hard to get the water in since they don't like us to have drinks in the testing room. Hopefully, it will over soon.

worked hard to do what was good for me in spite of lots of stress. Thank goodness for Michael's "no sugar" challenge! I kept thinking of that every time I got the urge to eat some candy from the vending machine and said NO. Had to take my DH to the hospital early yesterday--thought he was having a stroke (he wasn't thank goodness but they kept him overnight) so I had lots of extra stress this week. Also did better at setting up meals ahead of time to make it easy and fast when I get home late and tired.0 -

As most of ya'll know, my trip to Europe got postponed, my g-ma had a few health issues, she's doing better now:) Told me to stop flirting with the female nurse:P

It's TOM. Sigh. Also I had two terrible days of eating. Now I have been eating as clean as I can starting this week right. Got New Rules for Lifting for Women and I am loving it so far:) I really, really, really, REALLY, wanna break the 150 roof. Like really.
