3.2 miles today, total 70 miles for the month, 12 miles for this week so far.
A bit behind because of no training runs in Week 3 to save myself for the 12 mile relay race (2 legs of about 6 miles each).
but I feel I did the right thing. I am a bit slower now during training, not sure why... I also got foam roller for hip and tender achilles and it does really help to loosen the muscles up. Thinking about doing a 10K this weekend.. we will see.0 -
