Few questions, ordered it this morning!

So how does it work exactly?! I'm currently doing 30 DS for the 2nd time and I really like Jillians workouts!
I see people saying they are on their week 9 and 10,etc. so is it 2 workouts a day? Do you do DVD 1 on week one, 2 on week 2, ect.

    You are going to love it! Its 15 Dvds broken down into 3 phases. The first week, called kickstart, is 2 30 min workouts a day. After that, its only one a day. Some of us are still adding in extra cardio though. There is a work out calendar included. You do strength/cardio 2 days, 1 day cardio, strength/cardio 2 days, 1 day cardio and then a rest day. The work outs are ably 30 min. You have two works outs to focus on for two weeks before advancing to the next two Dvds. There is a new cardio Dvd for each phase (month). The first 2 phases are 4 weeks, phase 3 is 5 weeks.
