I've decided I will follow a similar schedule as I was following for 30 Day Shred in my approach to Ripped in 30:

2 days Ripped in 30
1 day cardio
2 days Ripped in 30
1 day cardio
1 day rest / yoga

I will complete each level 5 times (with two days of doubling up on levels, to fit in 5 days of each)

How will you approach this workout system?

    My schedule will be:

    2 days R30
    1 day cardio
    2 days R30
    1 day cardio
1 day rest (learned the hard way that it is really necessary)

I will do each level for 10 days (like 30DS). Will start on May 1st and will be done on July 9th.

I find I have to commit to working out everyday. So my rest days are really just a rest from a specific kind of workout. I am also running anywhere from 5 to 6k 3times a week. So my rest days of JM are my run days and 1 day a week I do both. Sounds like a lot but not really - it's helps me stay committed. I look at the day I do both as my way of doing a long run.

    2 Days of Rin30
    1 Day Cardio - run 6.5k
    2 Days of Rin30
1 Day of Cardio - run 5k followed by Rin30
    1 Day of Rin30
    1 Day of Cardio - run 6.5k

All your schedules looks great...I will be working this program M-F and doing cardio 4x a week. She has a meal plan for this program, but I will not be following it!

    Alright. Color coded schedule made!

    2 days Ripped in 30
    1 day cardio
    2 days Ripped in 30
    1 day cardio
    1 day rest

However, It looks like I will only be doing levels 1 & 4 4 times. Either way, I am sure Jillian will kick my butt!!

I will be doing ripped in 30 every morning Monday- friday and if I have time on Sundays also. In the evenings, I will be doing an hour of pop pilates, 20 minutes of cardio, and also if there is a new BODYROCK video posted, I will be doing that as well. :)

    My schedule is:

4 days Ripped + some additional days of Wii Dance Kids OR some Comast On Demand Cardio stuff
    3 days 6 Week 6 Pack

I know I am suppposed to rest, but I am now a sweat junkie and feel like I need to definitely sweat off my day. :)

    Good Luck everyone.

    My schedule used to be:
    M- Ripped In 30
    T- 1 hr elliptical
    W- Ripped in 30
    T- 1 hr elliptical
    F- Ripped In 30
    S-Elliptical 1 hr
    S-Rest

My new schedule (since it's getting nicer outside) looks like this:
    S- Rest
    M- C25K
    T-Ripped
    W-C25K
    T-Ripped
    F-C25K
    S-Ripped

Once my body gets used to running, I plan on adding a morning run into the days I do Ripped. It's all about challenging your body. Your body will adapt to whatever you do to it, so you have to keep changing it up periodically.
