    YIKES!! I just checked my test 'score' and realized I am starting on week three!! Ok ladies here goes nothing! Rocking core here I come!!!

    Hi, I'm Virginia. Age 50, did 54 sit-ups on my initial test just now. Not a quivering bowl of jelly, but not far from it either!

    Hi, I'm Tammy! My initial test was 40 sit-ups. I probably could have gone a few more but didn't want to strain myself. Week 3, here I come. I'll probably start tomorrow too, as I'll do the Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule. I'm getting excited to get some beach abs for the summer!

    Hi fellow week-3'ers! I did 61 crunches on my initial test so it looks like I'll be hanging out here!

    Not sure exactly *how* the heck I'm gonna get to 200! I plan on starting tomorrow for a Mon/Wed/Fri cycle.

    Well, here's to our soon to be burning' abs!

    Name's Anna. I'm starting on week three as well. Test score is 108 but boy was I sore two-three days after it! This should be interesting!

    Hi, I'm Leslie. I scored 70 on my initial test. Much better than I thought I'd do, but still quite a ways to go to get to 200. I'm starting tomorrow.

    Best of luck, everyone! If this works, I might even consider trying the push up challenge, which seems totally impossible.

    Day one is complete! 125 situps in total. It wasnt as bad as I was anticipating. We will see how i feel tomorrow though! Nice way to start the day! Feel great now. Off to do my cardio workout. My name is Laura by the way. I am going on holidays in 6 weeks time so fingers crossed I look a little more ab-tastic by then! Good Luck everyone! :)

    Day 1 done! Week 3 - row #2 - 111 sit-ups...I will let you know how my abs feel tomorrow! :happy:

    Hey everyone!

    I'm Tanya and starting tomorrow on week 3. Super excited about it but we will see how I feel tomorrow after I do them ;)

    Thank you all for your support and I hope we all do amazing!! I'm sure we all have our reasons for doing this and just try and remember them when you get tired!

    On a side note, how did the people who did the sit-ups today go?! Very keen to hear all about it!

    I'm Faith! I did 50 on the initial test. I'll be starting tonight for a Mon/Wed/Fri cycle. My hubby is going to do it to, but he's not on MFP. It'll be nice to do something we can both do:)

    wow! you guys ROCK! My test was 25...

    Friday and did week 1, day, 1, level 3 ~ 67
    Saturday and did week 1, day 2, level 3 ~ 81
    Sunday and did week 1, day 3, level 3 ~ 87

    today's suppose to be week 2, day 1 with 94 coming up.. wish me luck!

    Wow, that's a LOT harder than I thought!

    AM: Week 3 Day 1 Level 3, Total Reps 69 (First 3 sets & too tired to continue.)
    PM: Week 3 Day 1 Level 3, Total Reps 120 (Restarted from the beginning, as I didn't know if it would be "cheating" to continue from where I left off this morning.)

    Total Situps for the day: 189 -- definitely a new record for me!

    I also started the 100 Pushups challenge and did 80 pushups! A new record as well :-) But I think I'll move the pushups to Tues/Thurs/Sat because it's too tiring to do all at once!

    Got all keen and did the situp as well as push ups (full) and squats.

    managed 121 sit ups in total yay! along with 140 squats and 30 full push ups, long way to go but I started :o)

    My initial test was 112 situps, so I'm starting here on week 3. I'll do day 1 tomorrow, as I did ab workout yesterday, and uppers and lowers today, so back on abs tomorrow.
