Haha I don't really know how to make a spreadsheet I just was asking because I saw it in the message board post! It would be nice to have one though! It would be much easier , I think?0

im getting excited to start, but i cant seem to find my DVD !!! searching tonight0 -
First column can be “name”
2nd column can be : starting weight
3rd column can be : hips
4th column can be : chest
5th column can be : waist
6th column can be : right thigh
7th column can be : left thigh
Then the 8th Column can be “Weight after 15 days”
Then the next columns be final measurements?
9th column can be : final weight
10th column can be : hips
11th column can be : chest
12th column can be : waist
13th column can be : right thigh
14th column can be : left thigh
Then the next columns can be total loss for weight, etc !
Also the last column can be personal goals?

im working on it now, shouldnt take terribly too long. but i thought that other girl was going to make it.
