Now when i was eating higher calories in general i did not eat back any of me exercise calories. Now that i am being i little stricter on calorie intake ( have to be its what works) i was wondering should i eat some/all back in general, or depending on just how many cals. burned?

I guess you have to find what works for you. When I was loosing, I never ate my calories. I think that's what helped me in loosing. But now that I'm maintaining, I do eat some of the calories back. If I find myself getting too hungry then I'll adjust as needed. So I guess it's all about listening to your body and doing what is right for you :)

I agree. I think it's important not to ever feel like you are starving, but if you CAN exercise and still keep the same calories, (i.e., not eat them back) then all the better.

It all depends on your body. When I lose weight I can not eat back my calories. I really dont work out until I am closer to my goal because I get to hungry and eat them back my body just holds on to weight. I start exercising more when I am ready to maintenance.
