I WOUNDER THEY ALWAYS TELL US ...... drink at least 8 cup of water so does it work ????!!!

    I really don't know if it does or not, and you will find other "specialist" who say that is a hype, that we don't need that much water. I do know though, that when I do drink a lot of water and green tea, I do tend to urinate more, so I think it does help get rid of water weight? And I say, "who cares if it is just water, I would love to lose 10 pounds of water". LOL

    i believe if you are retaining water yes! but if you don't workout then you will gain, only because the water got to more out.

    I used to always ponder over that question myself.
    The answer is Yes!
    I used to drink 2 glasses of water, now I drink around 12 glasses, and I've found out that drinking tons of water makes you full and also gets rids of the toxins in your body, which causes weight loss.
