let me just state you don't have to burn 700 calories a day. if you feel that that is to high for you just do what works for you. week by week you will get stronger and more fit, and before you know it you'll be burning 700calories in no time.
i use to weigh 385lbs and only walked 1.0mph now that i am much smaller and stronger i can do much more, just take your time, this is no race to burn that much.

with elliptical trainer doing 70minutes0 -

Goal 1300
Food 1195
Exercise 1830 (30 DS for 25 min=272 cal burned, Elliptical for 60 min=700 cal burned, Elliptical Intervals for 20 min=368cal burned)
Net -635
700 is gonna be tough to reach!0 -
