sorry for the late post didn't realize i won so this week is something i have changed last week and lost a bunch of weight low carbs i still have to have some because of my workouts but i cut them in half and have seen great results so lowest carbs win at the end of your day post total carbs and at the end of the week lowest number wins again sorry for the late post

    didnt know the challenge or i might have resisted the french fries today..lol my casserole this week has wild rice in it and my chili has tons of beans so this is going to be a tough one ..and i do love my fruit (watermellon chilling in fridge!) gl all

    low carb is hard but if your numbers drop as the week goes on then the challenge has worked in my opinion
