15 tricep dips

10 side lunges (each leg)
15 leg lifts (each leg)
50 bicycles
15 wall push ups

    First day doing this and the situps killed me! I didn't realize how weak my stomach muscles still are from the c/s!

    did you do day 1? or this one? each one is different (to mix things up)

    im with you though my abs are so weak from the csection...my abs are still hurting today going on day 3 from doing these challenges
