I did day 2 last night and it wasnt as bad as day one. I also added 50 extra jumping jacks, 100 reverse crunches, and 20 pushups then had a protein drink. I am not as sore this morning but I can tell that I am retaining tons of water. It will drop off over the weekend. I also found that extra stretching afterwards helps. We can do it0

I always do my workouts at night so i accomplished Day 2 last night! YAY!! Today is my cardio day...not sure what that will be just yet. It's rainy here in Florida so it might have to be a walk away the pounds DVD for me?0

I did day two yesterday. I woke up yesterday morning sooo sore and in palces I never was sore before! It took all I had to power through day 2. But I'm happy with myself. I didn't have to rest as much and I finally did a push-up! (girl style, but still big for me!)
I am less sore this morning and looking forward to doing day 3 after dinner tonight!0 -
i just did day 2 today - i started a day late.... did it this morning & my thighs have been sore all day. haven't been using weights as i just moved & haven't unpacked/found them yet... not sure i can add weights at this point - can barely get through the workout without them. i may drop out of 30DS & just do something else instead. going to wait & see how i feel tomorrow doing my c25k.... also, if i stick with it, i'm probably not going to do it everyday and instead do it on the days i don't do c25k.0

Did day #2 last night. I was really sore from day 1 and was going to skip it, but my hubby encouraged me to do it. I'm glad I did!! I'm even more sore today, but these muscles aren't going to build themselves. Must keep going!!0
